We wish everyone Chanukah Sameach ahead of our celebrations across Scotland for the Festival of Light. We look forward to continuing to work with our communities across the country in connecting, representing and supporting Scottish Jewry. Chanukah is a celebration of a miracle, where the Jewish people played an active role and made that extra effort by being proactive in bringing light to their lives through the menorah in the Temple. The message being that we all have the ability and the responsibility of being active in bringing hope to ourselves and to the world.
